Responsibilities

• Ensure work is performed with high quality, meeting safety standards and efficiency.
• Fabricate new parts and components for transport equipment.
• Install components in compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Repair components when necessary instead of replacing them.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED required.
• 2 years previous welding experience OR a welding diploma/certification from a Vocational/Technical school.
• 2 years previous fabrication experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of heavy-duty components & systems.
• Basic mechanic’s tool set/toolbox.
