The Associate Welder Fabricator position is an entry-level role supporting welding and fabrication operations, with opportunities for skill development and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Perform individual welding and fabrication tasks on trailers under supervision
• Assist experienced welder-fabricators with fabricating subframes and weldments
• Assist with breaking down and disassembly of incoming trailers for rebuilding
• Perform other miscellaneous tasks as directed by site leadership

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• Basic mechanics tool set or willingness to procure one within 90 days of hire
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Ability to do basic math
• Strong willingness to learn and develop skills
• Ability to take direction from experienced co-workers
• Desire to progress to full Welder-Fabricator status
