The ROSEN Group is a global leader in providing cutting-edge solutions in the integrity process chain, with over 4,000 employees in more than 120 countries. They are seeking a Junior Mechanics Technician in Houston, TX, to assemble and test mechanical components of in-line inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Repair and test mechanical components of in-line inspection tools according to documented procedures.
• Repair and mount external sensors to in-line inspection tools as per technical instructions.
• Identify mechanical and plastic parts that may need to be purchased or manufactured.
• Collaborate with Field Service Technicians on mechanical issues.
• Work closely with Electronics Technicians for final tool testing and assembly.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant mechanic assembly or mechanical component experience.
• Associates degree with emphasis in mechanics is a plus.
• Experience in a mechanical or manufacturing environment is required.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Experience interpreting and working from schematic diagrams and manuals.
• Must comply with established Health and Safety regulations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time management and organization skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
• Basic skills with Microsoft Office products such as Word & Excel.
