Depot Connect International (DCI) is a global leader in the Tank/ISO Tank Container Services and Tank Trailer Parts industry, seeking DOT certified Trailer Mechanics with 3 to 5 years of tank trailer repair experience at their Laporte, TX location.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose failures and make repairs on mechanical, electrical, or other various systems on a tank trailer.
• Perform tank service and repair.
• Install and repair trailer suspension.
• Work with air brake systems and repairs.
• Inspect tanks and trailers to align with DOT standards.

Requirements

• DOT certification.
• 3 to 5 years of tank trailer repair experience.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical failures.
• Experience with tank service and repair.
• Experience with trailer suspension installation and repair.
• Experience with air brake systems and repairs.
• TIG welding experience is optional.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
