The BK Assembler Technician Level 2 at Baker Hughes is responsible for assembling complex components and ensuring high-quality standards in the manufacturing process. Responsibilities

• Assemble complex components as per assembly drawings and bill of material requirements
• Perform functional testing on assemblies to ensure quality and performance standards
• Operate test equipment in compliance with engineering and safety standards
• Run pneumatic tubing and prepare assemblies for operational readiness
• Apply settings, calibrate, and maintain assembly tools for accurate operations
• Perform torquing of various components as per specified guidelines
• Prepare and prep assemblies for shipment ensuring quality compliance
• Distribute quality notifications (QNs) and support continuous improvement processes

Requirements

• Have at least a High School diploma or GED
• Have experience within an assembly or mechanical background
• Have the ability to work effectively as a team player and collaborate with others
• Have a proactive, flexible, and self-starter approach to work
• Have good verbal and written communication skills
