Overview

Stellant Systems is a premier manufacturer of critical power amplification products specializing in microwave devices for various applications. They are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler for the 2nd shift in Torrance, CA, to join their team focused on delivering innovative solutions in a culture of inclusivity and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team member within an assigned work group to produce or process microwave products.
• Set up and operate equipment for assembly and test operations of microwave tubes.
• Work from specifications, drawings, blueprints, and test procedures.
• Perform basic mechanical assembly and related duties for traveling wave tubes.
• Ensure build records are complete and certified before manufacturing.
• Work under clean room conditions when required.
• Use computerized equipment for data input and analysis.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain required certifications.
• Proficiently read and understand engineering prints/documentation.
• Adjust and perform incidental related duties to ensure quality and delivery expectations.
• Work scheduled shifts as requested, with regular attendance and punctuality.
• Proficient at clocking into and out of work orders.
• Accurately record and document time charging of jobs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills: interpersonal, oral, and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects effectively.
• Good manual dexterity with both hands.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of operations or manufacturing-related work experience.

• Location: Torrance, CA
• Salary: $23-30/hr DOE
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual per ITAR.
