Overview

We are seeking a hands-on maintenance professional with industrial manufacturing experience to work with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a fast-paced aerospace environment. Our company is a leading aerospace manufacturer with over 30 years of experience, known for quality and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
• Diagnose issues involving motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and controls.
• Support fabrication projects using welding and machining equipment.
• Work with PLC-controlled equipment and VFDs.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to improve equipment reliability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, and conveyors.
• MIG and Stick welding experience.
• PLC and VFD troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
