Join a global network at Sanofi that powers how life-changing treatments reach people faster. As a Production Technician, you will operate general manufacturing equipment under supervision in a cGMP commercial manufacturing facility, contributing to the production of Flublok Drug Substance.

Responsibilities

• Operate general manufacturing equipment in accordance with quality standards and safety guidelines.
• Perform operation, maintenance, cleaning, and sanitization of downstream processing equipment.
• Execute techniques such as large-scale centrifugation, depth filtration, and chromatography column purification.
• Prepare workspaces and biosafety cabinets, ensuring compliance with aseptic techniques.
• Aid in troubleshooting problems in downstream and buffer preparation areas.
• Document production records following good documentation practices.
• Participate in the cleaning of the cGMP facility according to SOPs.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma with at least 1 year of work experience or Bachelor's Degree with no prior experience.
• Training within a cGMP manufacturing environment is preferred.
• General knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and SOPs.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Good communication and social skills.
• Basic understanding of the Baculovirus Expression Vector System (BEVS) manufacturing process is desired.
