Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day welding and fabrication tasks.

• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Requirements

• Proficient in core welding techniques, including Welding, Arc Welding, MIG Welding, and TIG Welding.
• Solid understanding of materials, including common metals and alloys.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements accurately.
• Strong commitment to safety practices, including OSHA guidelines.
• Attention to detail with the ability to produce clean, structurally sound welds.
• Physical ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.
• Previous welding experience in a shop or construction setting; certification or technical training in welding is preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
