Overview

PCI Group is a leading provider of mission critical communications for businesses where security of customer-centric data is paramount, precision and accuracy are crucial, and compliance is a must. They are seeking an experienced Mechanic to troubleshoot and repair various types of office equipment in the mailing industry.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and computerized issues.
• Update and maintain all insert operations equipment including Pitney Bowes EPIC, MPS, MSE & Pulse insert machines.
• Assist with maintaining print, cutting and folding equipment as needed.
• Work with the team to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Follow a routine maintenance schedule and assigned responsibilities.
• Determine and prioritize issues with equipment and ensure all tasks are addressed.

Requirements

• 1-year experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician – Mechanic with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with intelligent machinery and a proven track record of diagnosing and repairing machine problems.
• Previous Mail Delivery Industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
• Self-starter and fast learner.
• Ability to apply training quickly.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to lift items and components up to 50 lbs.

Additional Information

• Work schedule is Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
