Responsibilities

• Ensure all personal, facility, and department safety standards are met.
• Operate, install, and maintain building components and systems.
• Analyze problems with equipment and make repairs as needed.
• Work various shifts as determined by the work schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in operation, repair, and maintenance of building structures and systems.
• Ability to communicate well with supervision, peers, and clients.
• Must complete testing associated with the position.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Availability for emergency response callouts.
• Knowledge of CMMS such as Maximo is desirable.
• Valid Driver's license with the ability to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle.
