Responsibilities

• Execute highly precise residential carpentry tasks, including framing, trim work, and finish carpentry.
• Install premium replacement windows and entry doors with attention to detail and structural integrity.
• Manage daily on-site field work to maintain project timelines.
• Coordinate with team members to maintain safe and efficient job sites.
• Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship to protect the company's reputation.
• Operate company-provided transportation safely to various job sites.
• Resolve real-time technical framing or finish adjustments on-site.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years of dedicated carpentry experience in residential environments.
• Strong knowledge of framing, trim work, and finish carpentry techniques.
• Dependability and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Candidates must live within approximately 30 minutes of the main office in Feasterville, PA.
