Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs on class 8 trucks, trailers, and construction equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on any make and model.
• Diagnose and repair engines and transmissions.
• Use computer diagnostics for various engine types.
• Diagnose and repair air and hydraulic brake systems.
• Remove and replace truck and trailer components.
• Work with cooling systems and EGR/DPF systems.
• Perform various duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least two years of mechanic experience or graduation from a technical school program.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Driver's License required; CDL preferred.
• Experience with all makes and models of trucks and engines preferred.
