Overview

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) is seeking a Maintenance Repairman 2 to perform skilled maintenance and repair work across various facilities, ensuring they are safe, clean, and functional for customers and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Build and install shelving, partitions, platforms, counters, and related structures.
  • Repair door frames, adjust closers, hang doors, and install locking devices.
  • Install wiring, lighting, circuits, and components in line with electrical codes.
  • Repair or install pipes, fixtures, and mechanisms following trade standards.
  • Operate and maintain power tools, hand tools, and maintenance vehicles.
  • Secure damaged sites, remove debris, and provide temporary repairs during emergencies.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1 or equivalent.
  • Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work involving at least two trades.
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.
  • Must meet the PA residency requirement.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions.
  • Must pass a background investigation.
