Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial finishing equipment. This is a remote, field-based position requiring regular travel throughout New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and New York.

Responsibilities

• Perform field installation of paint and powder coating booths, ducting and ventilation systems, industrial ovens, and finishing application equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of paint and powder coating equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, airflow, and pump-related issues and implement effective solutions.
• Work closely with customers on-site to ensure equipment is installed and operating properly.
• Complete service documentation, reports, and job summaries accurately and timely.
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment while adhering to company and customer safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams as needed to support project execution and service needs.

Requirements

• General understanding of mechanical installations, HVAC systems, and pump applications.
• Hands-on experience working with industrial or mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings and installation layouts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently in the field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within NJ, Eastern PA, and NY.

Additional Information

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Regular regional travel required.
• Occasional early morning, evening, or weekend work as needed for customer installations or shutdowns.
