Overview

Mid-State Sales, an ISO 9001-certified manufacturer, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented TIG Welder to support their Columbus production operations. This role focuses on TIG welding hydraulic tube assemblies using carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, ensuring finished products meet demanding industry and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components.
• Set up and operate Miller welding equipment for production needs.
• Execute silver brazing and related preparatory/finishing processes.
• Fabricate and repair parts as needed to support production.
• Maintain quality and safety standards in line with ISO 9001 requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in TIG welding with strong technical skills.
• Ability to set up and adjust TIG welding equipment for optimal performance.
• Knowledge of silver brazing techniques and post-braze cleaning are preferred.
• Quality-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
