Overview

At StandardAero in Cincinnati, OH, we are looking for a Welder to join our team. The role involves using metal fabrication equipment to repair various parts while contributing to a stable and respectful work culture that supports long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Produce a variety of parts from shop drawings to conform to specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications
  • Operate metal shaping machines such as brakes, shears, and other metal straightening and bending machines
  • Participate in continuous improvement of processes
  • Cross train in other complementary skills to support production requirements
  • Observe all applicable safety requirements

Requirements

  • 2+ years TIG welding experience
  • 2+ years experience reading and interpreting blueprints and welding process specifications
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (unassisted) for approximately 25% of the average work day

Additional Information

  • 2nd Shift: 4/10-hour shifts Monday-Thursday (10% Shift Differential)
  • Weekend Shift: 3/12-hour Shifts Friday – Sunday (11% Shift Differential; start times include 4am-4pm, 5am-5pm or 6am-6pm)
