Overview

H 2 O innovation is a smart water treatment solutions company that integrates state-of-the-art technologies to solve water challenges. The TIG Welder/Assembler will hold a permanent, full-time position at the Ramsey, MN plant, performing a variety of assembly tasks with opportunities to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• TIG welding stainless steel pipes.
• Weld and assemble pipes, equipment, instruments, and valves to frame structures.
• Weld structural frames per AWS and SS pipe per ASME.
• Glue PVC pipe and fittings.
• Measure, cut, drill, tap, and perform mechanical assembly.
• Layout and follow direction on running conduit to devices.
• Thread and cut rigid metal conduits.
• Respect the product planning timescale.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Ensure a good quality product.
• Support process improvements.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Carry out all other related tasks.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of welding experience.
• Ability to read technical plans.
• Personal tools.
• Candidates will be required to pass a 6G weld test.
• Good memory and capable of multi-tasking.
