Overview

Graver Technologies LLC, a member of The Marmon Group and backed by Berkshire Hathaway, is seeking mid-to-advanced level welders for their Vessel Shop in Honeoye Falls, NY. The role involves performing various welding functions to support the manufacture of high-pressure vessels and filter housings.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow all safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Weld and document production of products.
• Read and interpret blueprints and machine drawings to determine specific welding requirements.
• Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions.
• Move parts in and finished products out of the welding area.
• Perform quality checks on finished goods to ensure products meet specifications.
• Complete all required documentation related to products produced.
• Document and report raw material consumption for all finished products.
• Communicate quality issues to appropriate personnel and provide necessary data for nonconforming material.
• Ensure all operations conform to ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in on-the-job MIG and TIG welding.
• High school diploma or GED.
• ASME Code welding certification preferred.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to use various measuring instruments.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.

• 1st Shift Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm (Monday-Friday)
• 2nd Shift Hours: 2:00pm-10:30pm (Monday-Friday)
