Overview

Warrior Technologies is seeking experienced Rig Welders for an upcoming project in the Mentone / Orla, Texas area. The company is looking for skilled, safety-minded welders with strong pipe welding experience who can work independently and deliver high-quality work in an oil and gas construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Performing pipe welding in accordance with project specifications and industry standards
• Completing welds that meet quality and inspection requirements
• Reading and interpreting drawings, plans, and job instructions
• Performing layout, fit-up, and fabrication as needed
• Working safely around active job sites, equipment, and other crew members
• Maintaining welding equipment, tools, and work areas
• Communicating with supervisors and team members to keep work moving efficiently
• Completing assigned work independently while meeting project deadlines

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a 6010/7018 6G weld test
• Strong pipe welding experience preferred
• Ability to read drawings and work independently
• Safety-focused mindset and commitment to following job site procedures
• Reliable transportation to and from the project location
• Ability to work in field conditions and meet the physical demands of the job
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
