Overview

OPTI STAFFING is hiring a MIG Welder Fabricator in the Greater Vancouver Area. The company has been supporting various industries since 1987, known for its dedication and integrity in fabrication services.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret and follow detailed blueprints and customer specifications.
  • Fabricate and process materials for structural projects.
  • Perform structural MIG welding with precision and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Maintain a focus on safety and productivity.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of MIG Welding experience.
  • 2+ years of fabrication experience.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently.
  • Strong work ethic and coachable attitude.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • AWS D1.1 Certifications (2G/3G/4G) preferred.
  • Formal training from college or trade school preferred.
  • WABO certifications are a huge plus.
  • Strong blueprint reading skills.
