Overview

Austin Industrial is a leading provider of self-perform maintenance, construction, and soft craft services to industrial companies across the U.S. The Pipefitter Foreman position involves supervising and coordinating workers on construction projects related to pipe systems and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate skilled and unskilled workers on construction projects.
• Manage onsite equipment fleet and recruit hourly trade personnel.
• Execute 'Look Ahead' schedules and manage craftsmen, equipment, and material resources.
• Logistics planning and execute project Work Plans.
• Monitor daily labor costs and production rates for accuracy.
• Provide detailed construction plans and manage scheduling of QA/QC inspections.
• Inspect work in progress to ensure compliance with established tolerances.
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety regulations.
• Investigate alternative work methods to improve efficiency.
• Maintain detailed daily reports of field construction activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial and supervisory experience preferred.
• NCCER certification.
• Valid TWIC Card and Driver's License.
• No minimum education requirements.
