Overview

The Technician II is responsible for setting up, checking, and correcting operational and experimental machinery, circuitry, and equipment, following established guidelines and engineering specifications. This role requires familiarity with standard concepts and practices in the field and involves performing highly skilled work at an advanced level, potentially leading and directing others.

Responsibilities

• Set up, check, and correct operational and experimental machinery, circuitry, and equipment.
• Follow pre-established guidelines, procedures, and engineering specifications.
• Plan and accomplish goals using experience and judgment.
• Perform a variety of tasks at an advanced skill level.
• Instruct, lead, and direct the work of others as needed.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Typically 4 years of experience in the field or a related area.
