Responsibilities
- Execute standard functional tests on electrical products and systems following established procedures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics to perform accurate tests and some troubleshooting.
- Provide guidance and training to Assistant Test Technicians and other junior team members.
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition.
- Assist in developing and improving testing procedures and protocols based on findings and feedback.
- Identify and diagnose issues during testing and take corrective actions or escalate them as needed.
- Utilize basic hand tools and measuring devices such as tape measures and multimeters under supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of tasks performed, deviations, and any quality concerns.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols while handling tools, equipment, and materials.
- Perform assembly tasks as assigned by supervisors to support production needs.
- Meet department targets and consistently adhere to quality and safety standards.
- Understand and comply with all applicable Company policies and rules.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, associate's degree in a trade or related mechanical/electrical field is preferred.
- 1-3+ years of experience in an electrical or mechanical-related role.
- Sound understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to understand blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Ability to train and mentor less-experienced team members.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment on a product floor.
- Proficient in performing precise and delicate tasks using hands and fingers.
- Sound attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Rounded communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft applications.
- Basic shop math skills with the ability to calculate measurements.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability and willingness to follow Health, Safety & Environment procedures accurately.

- Hours: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (Monday- Friday), Overtime as Needed.
