Overview
The CNC Technician I is responsible for operating CNC milling machines to manufacture tool components according to CAM programs and 3D models, ensuring high quality and precision in the manufacturing process. The role requires a strong understanding of CNC processes and tool structures, along with a minimum of five years of related experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC milling machine skillfully and manufacture tool components with no cutter marks on the surface.
- Determine CNC milling cutter based on CAM program.
- Manufacture emergency tool components of CNC processing according to supervisor arrangement.
- Perform self-inspection after CNC processing.
- Solve abnormalities during CNC processing.
- Operate and maintain jigs and fixtures.
- Maintain and service CNC milling machine.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Familiar with operating and maintaining CNC milling machines and EROWA jigs.
- Familiar with tool structure and drawings.
- Familiar with CNC manufacturing processes.
- College degree or above in tooling or mechanical major.
- Minimum 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
