Overview

Boeing is seeking Entry-Level Electrical / Wire Harness Assembly Technicians in Mesa, AZ, to fabricate, assemble, modify, repair, and test wire harnesses and electrical assemblies while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, modify, repair, and test wire harnesses and electrical assemblies.
• Utilize the Boeing Quality management system to document nonconforming parts and processes.
• Construct wire harnesses and panels using various techniques and tools.
• Ensure all assemblies are free of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and non-conformance issues.
• Complete and maintain required training and certifications.
• Maintain safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Interpret blueprints, sketches, specifications, and instructions.
• Train new employees in electrical harness fabrication.
• Report job status and constraints to coworkers and supervision.
• Navigate computer systems for office and shop applications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience constructing wire harnesses and panels.
• Demonstrated experience using computers for information management.
• Ability to work any shift based on operational needs.

Additional Information

• This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
• Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
