Overview

GDIT is hosting an in-person hiring event on July 29th & 30th from 10:00am - 6:00pm for opportunities in their SACSS program supporting the USN on the waterfront. The event will focus on positions that involve working with communications, electronics, and combat systems.

Responsibilities

• Work in high heat spaces.
• Climb shipyard dry dock stairs/ladders.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Carry, push, and/or pull materials for the majority of the shift.
• Maintain a standing, crouching, or walking position.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• US Citizenship required.
• Skills in Electronic Circuitry, Hand Tools, Manual Labor, Operations, and Troubleshooting.

Additional Information

• Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
• Travel required: 10-25%.
• Onsite work location: USA WA Seattle.
