Hackensack Meridian Health is dedicated to helping patients live better, healthier lives while fostering a supportive team culture. The Plant Operations Specialist operates and maintains various trades within the Medical Center's facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and master electrical, structural, mechanical, plumbing/pipe fitting, locksmith, and HVAC trades.
• Install, repair, replace, and troubleshoot electrical circuits and systems.
• Install and repair structural components such as ceilings, partitions, and doors.
• Perform mechanical maintenance on motors, pumps, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct plumbing repairs and installations, including piping and fixtures.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests and perform general maintenance.
• Observe safety standards and perform snow removal duties.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of five years of experience in trades including electrical, structural, mechanical, plumbing/pipe fitting.
