Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to support safe, efficient, and reliable production and service delivery. This role is responsible for fabricating metal components, maintaining equipment, and ensuring on-time delivery aligned with operational demands.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain metal fabrication equipment, including rolls, shears, saws, punch presses, flanges, and benders.
• Cut, bend, roll, weld, and form metal plates and structural shapes according to specifications.
• Read and interpret layouts, templates, and basic blueprints.
• Use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.) with accuracy.
• Identify and report equipment issues or unusual conditions to supervision.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping standards.
• Participate in pre-job meetings and collaborate with team members.
• Support continuous improvement efforts using manufacturing system tools.
• Assist with failure investigations and process improvements as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic blueprint reading skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency (email, online training, etc.).
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues or escalate appropriately.

Additional Information

• Location: Florence, KY (On-site)
• Schedule Options: 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM; 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM.
• Overtime: Mandatory Fridays (flexible scheduling available).
• Must be able to work on-site in Florence, KY.
• Must live within commuting distance.
• Ability to work overtime on Fridays as required.
