Responsibilities

• Engage with every customer encountered and offer world-class service.
• Seek out and engage customers throughout the Hard Goods areas.
• Maintain knowledge of all front-end operations and assist when needed.
• Keep Hard Goods areas merchandise at a premiere stock and visual level.
• Ensure all Hard Goods areas, equipment, and supplies are maintained and operational.
• Maintain a clean, professional presentation in the Hard Goods area.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of various golf clubs.
• Execute proper customer fittings according to PGA TOUR Superstore trained techniques.
• Promote products and services to customers.
• Provide feedback to the Sales and Service Manager on operational and merchandising opportunities.
