The Assembler 2 position involves assembling components and subassemblies by reading measurements and using templates. Candidates should possess skills in blueprint reading, tool proficiency, and measurement, along with a high school diploma and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Position parts and subassemblies using templates or measurements.
  • Assemble components by ensuring correct fit and fastening parts.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • MRP experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic with whole numbers and decimals.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Skilled with hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and basic machinery.
  • Use of calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure precision.
  • Meet daily production targets.
  • Maintain consistent speed and accuracy.
  • Good time management.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Notices small defects or inconsistencies.
  • Follows specifications exactly.
  • Maintains accuracy under production pressure.
