Responsibilities
- Position parts and subassemblies using templates or measurements.
- Assemble components by ensuring correct fit and fastening parts.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- MRP experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic with whole numbers and decimals.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Skilled with hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and basic machinery.
- Use of calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure precision.
- Meet daily production targets.
- Maintain consistent speed and accuracy.
- Good time management.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Notices small defects or inconsistencies.
- Follows specifications exactly.
