Amerit Fleet Solutions, a leader in fleet maintenance across the U.S., is hiring a skilled Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join their team in Bell, CA. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical issues and ensuring fleet vehicles run reliably, providing an opportunity for career growth with a stable national company.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on light to medium duty fleet vehicles
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and compliance standards
• Accurately document repairs and complete work orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support fleet operations

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience performing automotive vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to own and maintain personal tools and toolbox required for the role
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness and ability to meet the physical demands of the position
• Must be eligible to pass standard pre-employment screenings, including drug screen and DOT physical if required
