Overview

Join our FAA-certified repair station specializing in the overhaul and repair of aviation safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, oxygen bottles, and related components. We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and grow in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and overhaul safety components such as fire suppression systems, fire extinguishers, oxygen masks, and cylinder/regulator assemblies.
• Operate test equipment (pressure gauges) to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Perform welding and assembly tasks following detailed instructions and specifications.
• Complete accurate documentation and maintain compliance with FAA regulations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues using manuals and provided training.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report any safety concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to learn and train on specialized processes and equipment.
• Hands-on mindset and comfortable working with tools.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in a regulated industry.
• Dependability to follow procedures and meet deadlines.
