Overview

As a Welder at Super Steel, you’ll perform high-quality welds on a variety of projects requiring accuracy, repeatability, and attention to detail. You’ll work with a supportive team in a clean, safety-focused environment with opportunities to grow your skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality welds using multiple techniques including MIG, TIG, and Arc Welding.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
• Maintain welding tools and equipment; perform minor repairs as needed.
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Assist in training junior welders and apprentices as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; welding apprenticeship preferred.
• Proven welding experience with a strong portfolio.
• Welding certifications (AWS, ASME) a plus.
• Familiarity with welding tools, machinery, and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions.
