This well-established company is seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Welder/Fabricator to join its expanding workforce. The ideal candidate will have a passion for metal fabrication and a desire to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various welding techniques including MIG, Flux, Stick, and TIG.
• Work with stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and other drawings.
• Set up own equipment for welding tasks.
• Operate various hand-tools effectively.
• Read measurements accurately.
• Maintain attention to detail in all tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow.

Requirements

• Technical Diploma is desired.
• 1 or more years of welding experience.
• Experience with various welding techniques.
• Ability to work with different types of metals.
• Capability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Skill in setting up welding equipment.
• Proficiency in using hand-tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Safety conscious mindset.
• Good time management skills.

• Employment term is Temp to Hire.
• Full-time position with 1st and 2nd shift work hours.
• Starting pay is $17 - $24 based on experience.
