Overview

Now hiring a skilled Robot Welder for 1st shift in Litchfield, MI. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $17/hr and includes various responsibilities related to welding operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform various types of weld preparation, welding, and weld finishing operations.
• Manufacture products according to customer drawings, specifications, or instructions.
• Weld using both a robot welder and manual welding techniques.
• Work with weld symbols and have knowledge of fixtures and weld setup parameters.
• Utilize conventional and precision measuring instruments.
• Conduct process inspection, certification, and documentation.
• Maintain welding equipment and robots.
• Apply finishing grinding using manual and power tools.

Requirements

• Previous welding experience required.
• Able to pass a MIG weld test.
• Able to read blueprints.
• Comfortable lifting 50 pounds.
• Must have welding hood and steel-toed boots.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Applicant may be subject to a background check.
• Pre-employment drug screen (excluding THC) is required.

Additional Information

• Temp-to-Hire position.
• Full Time work available.
• First Shift: Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 01:30pm.
• Overtime scheduled until 3:30pm for a 10-hour shift.
