Overview

We are seeking skilled TIG Welders / Fabricators with strong fabrication experience and the ability to read blueprints, follow specifications, and produce quality welded components. These are first-shift opportunities with overtime available.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and manufacture finished metal products.
• Perform GTAW/TIG welding on fabricated components.
• Install, repair, and assemble equipment and components as needed.
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and job specifications.
• Measure, calculate, and verify material dimensions.
• Use fabrication tools and welding equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and tolerance requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous welding, fabrication, manufacturing, or related experience.
• Strong TIG/GTAW welding skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with welding/fabrication tools, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to measure materials and verify specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to handle a physical workload.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
• Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear required for interviews and work.

Additional Information

• Location: Smithville, OH, may support Mansfield, OH facility as needed.
• Standard Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM.
• Candidates must be willing to work 10-hour shifts and occasional Saturdays as needed.
