TradeWorX is hiring experienced ASME Certified Welders for a long-term temp-to-permanent opportunity in the Lower Burrell, PA area. Pay & Overtime:

$20.00-$25.00/hour based on experience, ASME certification (or ability to pass weld test), and interview performance Overtime available after 40 hours per week Temp-to-Perm opportunity after approximately 720 hours

Schedule:

1st Shift: 5: 00 AM - 3: 00 PM OR 2nd Shift: 3: 00 PM - 1: 00 AM

Job Duties:

Perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum. Fabricate components used in heat exchangers and ASME pressure vessels. Read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding specifications. Complete welds in accordance with ASME Section IX procedures. Perform fit-up, layout, fabrication, and weld quality inspections. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Requirements:

Minimum three years of welding experience. Valid ASME Welding Certification or ability to successfully pass an ASME weld test. Strong TIG and MIG welding experience. Experience welding stainless steel, carbon steel, and/or aluminum. Industrial or heavy fabrication welding background. Reliable transportation. Ability to perform physical job duties including standing, bending, lifting, and working overtime.

Ideal Candidate:

Experienced industrial welder with pressure vessel or heavy fabrication experience. Produces high-quality welds while following ASME standards. Dependable with excellent attendance and safety awareness. Comfortable working overtime and either first or second shift. Takes pride in craftsmanship and quality workmanship.
