At Mitsubishi Power, we're redefining power generation to accelerate the world's energy transition. The Assembly Repair Technician disassembles, repairs, and reassembles turbine assemblies and components, ensuring maintenance tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates core competencies including action orientation and customer focus.
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble turbine components.
• Maintain and improve shop and field repair processes.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, operations, and EHS for safe task execution.
• Support outage optimization and process improvements.
• Provide technical support for turbines, generators, and balance-of-plant equipment.
• Actively contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
• Travel up to 20% as required.

Requirements

• Technical certificate or 3+ years of mechanical repair/assembly experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures, technical instructions, and manuals.
• Basic computer proficiency (spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools).
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and passport.

Additional Information
