Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles, including oil changes, brake services, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out repairs on engines, transmissions, suspensions, and electrical systems.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Use diagnostic tools and maintain accurate service records.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about vehicle conditions and recommended work.
• Help keep the shop environment organized and follow all safety protocols.
• Support other team members as needed.

Requirements

• Strong skills in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair for a wide range of vehicles.
• Experience working with Heavy Equipment and related automotive systems, including proper handling and safety practices.
• Troubleshooting skills to identify mechanical, electrical, and performance issues efficiently and accurately.
• Relevant technical training or certification in automotive repair (ASE or equivalent) is beneficial.
• Prior experience as an automotive mechanic or technician in a shop or dealership setting is preferred.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools, read service manuals, and follow repair procedures is required.
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work full-time, including occasional weekends, as needed.
