Overview

Linde Inc. is seeking a Cust Svc Maintenance Technician in Los Angeles, CA, responsible for planning and performing maintenance and inspections of industrial mechanical systems. The role requires experience in mechanical systems maintenance and emphasizes safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform major equipment installation, maintenance, overhauls, and inspections of industrial mechanical systems.
• Conduct periodic inspections and maintenance of bulk cryogenic tanks and equipment.
• Support the root cause analysis program for major failures.
• Maintain documentation of all maintenance activities in Field Centrix.
• Make technical decisions independently and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Contribute to a safety-focused environment by executing compliant work practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience maintaining mechanical systems in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience in installation, troubleshooting, inspection, and repairs of tanks, condensing units, pumps, motors, heat exchangers, heaters, and regulator modules.
• Ability to apply preventive maintenance methods for industrial mechanical and electrical systems under 600v.
• Skilled in pipe fitting and pipe joining using brazing and soldering techniques.
• Excellent communication and team interaction skills with the ability to work independently.
