The General Maintenance Worker position in Los Angeles County involves performing a variety of general building maintenance and minor repair work under supervision. Responsibilities
- Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs in areas such as carpentry, electrical, masonry, painting, and plumbing.

- Work under the supervision of a Senior General Maintenance Worker or General Maintenance Supervisor.
Requirements
- Two years of experience in general building maintenance and minor repair work in at least two of the following areas: carpentry, electrical, masonry, painting, or plumbing.
- A valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize alternative transportation for job-related functions.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting objects weighing over 25 pounds.
