Overview

Cozzini, LLC is seeking an HR Manager to oversee the human resources function at their manufacturing facility, acting as a bridge between local teams and corporate HR initiatives while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for specialized engineers and hourly production staff.
  • Act as the primary coach and advisor for managers and employees.
  • Handle employee relations and guide the performance management process.
  • Manage benefits administration, process payroll, and audit timekeeping records.
  • Support facility safety programs and manage compliance with labor laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of progressive HR experience supporting internal employees and leadership teams.
  • Minimum of 4 years of HR leadership experience within a machinery manufacturing environment.
  • Experience recruiting skilled manufacturing and technical employees.
  • Benefits administration experience.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
