Overview
Cozzini, LLC is seeking an HR Manager to oversee the human resources function at their manufacturing facility, acting as a bridge between local teams and corporate HR initiatives while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for specialized engineers and hourly production staff.
- Act as the primary coach and advisor for managers and employees.
- Handle employee relations and guide the performance management process.
- Manage benefits administration, process payroll, and audit timekeeping records.
- Support facility safety programs and manage compliance with labor laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 6–8 years of progressive HR experience supporting internal employees and leadership teams.
- Minimum of 4 years of HR leadership experience within a machinery manufacturing environment.
- Experience recruiting skilled manufacturing and technical employees.
- Benefits administration experience.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
