Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Investigate and resolve electrical, mechanical, or operational issues using advanced problem-solving methods.
• Install and wire motors, switch panels, fuse boxes, and power circuits.
• Create and update detailed layouts of electrical circuits and components.
• Apply expertise in PLC programming and work with Allen Bradley systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and increase workplace safety.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 or more years of experience as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing environment or a degree in a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley technology, PLC hardware, PLC software, AC/DC circuits, and 440 MCCs.
• A strong focus on maintaining high safety standards.

Additional Information

• You’ll train on 1st shift, Monday thru Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM, then move to 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM to 12 AM.
