The Mechanic position involves performing maintenance and repairs on vehicles, tools, equipment, and property, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. Haddad Plumbing and Heating Inc. is a Commercial Plumbing and HVAC company focused on delivering reliable systems and premier workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, clean, and service all tools and equipment.
• Track and manage all vehicle documentation, including insurance and registration, on a monthly basis.
• Verify that all vehicle inspections are completed and up to date.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on heavy equipment.
• Conduct regular service of company vehicles, including oil changes and tire rotations.
• Coordinate and transport vehicles for required inspection.
• Monitor and verify daily vehicle sign-in/out logs.
• Ensure work tickets are completed for all vehicles and equipment.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on delivery trucks and dump trucks.
• Make any necessary repairs to maintain vehicle inspections.
• Complete any other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Experienced in vehicle, equipment, tools, and property maintenance.
• Skilled in heavy equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented.
• Capable of working independently.
