Job Description
Overview
Chromalloy is a global engineering and solutions company that provides aftermarket parts, repairs, and solutions for aircraft engines and gas turbines. They are currently seeking Production Workers for the 3rd shift to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety practices.
Responsibilities
- Use hand, power, and machine tools for preparation, cleaning, and processing of molds and equipment.
- Crosstrain on operations within multiple areas.
- Maintain regular attendance as an essential job function.
- Utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) and participate in safety training.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing) is required.
- Mechanical background preferred.
- Ability to use hand tools and gauges is preferred.
Benefits
Additional Information
- This is an hourly position with Local 475.
- Rate of pay is $21.56/hr with an additional 15% premium for 3rd shift hours.
- 3rd shift is Sunday through Thursday from 11:00pm to 7:00am.
- Must be able to train on 1st shift Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm.
- Employee may be exposed to moderate cold and heat, loud noise, fumes, and moving equipment.
