Join a global network that powers how Sanofi delivers seamlessly and at scale. As a Production Technician, you will operate general manufacturing equipment under supervision in a cGMP commercial manufacturing facility, contributing to the production of Flublok Drug Substance.

Responsibilities

• Operate general manufacturing equipment in accordance with quality standards and safety guidelines.
• Perform operation, maintenance, cleaning, and sanitization of downstream processing equipment.
• Execute techniques such as large-scale centrifugation, depth filtration, and chromatography column purification.
• Ensure good documentation practices in execution and reviews of production records.
• Participate in the cleaning of the cGMP facility according to sanitary maintenance SOP.
• Interact with other departmental personnel to assist in resolving manufacturing quality issues.
• Manage and analyze manufacturing data and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
• Follow established SOPs for the flow of materials, personnel, and equipment in and out of the facility.

Requirements

• High School Diploma with at least 1 year of work experience or Bachelor's Degree with no prior experience.
• Training within a cGMP manufacturing environment is preferred.
• General knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and SOPs.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Good communication and social skills.
• Basic understanding of the Baculovirus Expression Vector System (BEVS) manufacturing process is desired but not required.
