Overview

Join our Assembly & Test team at the Daniel Road location and help transform engineered concepts into production-ready mechanical chambers and assemblies. In this role, your craftsmanship and judgment ensure our customers receive products that meet exacting standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and fit mechanical components into chambers and final assemblies for testing.
  • Install and remove Helicoils as required.
  • Diagnose assembly issues and collaborate on solutions.
  • Perform final cleaning per customer standards and procedures.
  • Conduct in-process inspections; document conformance and report any damage.
  • Confirm completion of all assembly, finishing, and testing activities prior to sign-off.
  • Work closely with engineering, production, and quality to satisfy customer quality expectations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Hands-on mechanical experience with cars, trucks, small engines, and/or body work.
  • 3–5 years of mechanical assembly experience is a plus.
  • Skilled at interpreting customer engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Basic mechanical aptitude.
  • Hand tool proficiency.
  • Introductory blueprint reading capability.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable.
