Responsibilities

• Perform journey-level mechanical duties in the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of various equipment.
• Conduct break fix of all electro-mechanical systems including HVAC and appliances.
• Inspect and repair spill and leak detection systems.
• Maintain and commission hydronic rack cooling systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and hydronic systems.
• Schedule team activities and requisition materials.
• Contribute to site failure reporting through equipment status logs.
• Support mechanical projects as required.
• Conduct clean in place on heat exchangers.
• Inspect and clean chiller tubes.
• Perform plumbing maintenance and repairs on site.
• Maintain eyewash stations and showers.
• Conduct maintenance on forklifts.
• Perform preventive maintenance on gas valves.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in the trade.
• Unlimited Mechanical or Contractor's license is required.
• Formal training in approved vocational schools in the fundamentals of the trade.
