Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC Lathe machine tools for precision machining.
• Calculate dimensions and tolerances using mathematics and instruments like micrometers.
• Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.
• Check output for quality assurance and maintain inventory of completed products.
• Clean and lubricate machines, tools, and equipment.
• Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and uphold the CMC Safety Culture.
• Report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties in the work area.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work on a rotating shift including weekends and holidays.
• Dependability in attendance and work completion.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to learn quickly and multitask.
